The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety is requesting bids from contractors for the complete remodel of Building 30 located on Camp George West. Examples of some of the work includes HVAC installation, replace roof and gutters / downspouts, install skylights, insulation, storefront and Historical windows and other requirements. The general contractor is the primary agent for every aspect of this project and is responsible for the selection and management of subcontractors as required. Contractors must verify all measurements and materials to ensure accuracy of submitted bid. All State property is non-smoking, tobacco-free and includes all types of vaping. Contractor is responsible for the security of all materials and equipment left at site. Any public access to restrooms is limited due to securities. Include portable toilet(s) as necessary for project. All product used for specified project requires submittal and CDPS approval before proceeding with order and/or installation. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid.
