Renovation of an educational facility in Montclair, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,350-square-foot educational facility.
The work consists of supplying and installing an energy recovery ventilator mechanical unit and a new partial corridor ceiling grid system with light fixtures. The project also requires the demolition of existing HVAC duct work and the existing partial corridor ceiling grid system and light fixtures at Freeman Hall on the Montclair, NJ campus. Project must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days (inclusive of substantial and final completion). Bidder Questions/lnquiries Due February 9, 2026 Bidder questions or inquiries must be emailed to the assigned Procurement Services buyer: Robert Yufer, yuferr@montdair.edu, Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing The Scope of Work to be performed under this RFP shall be constructed under a Single Prime General Construction Contract (all trades combined) and includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Installation of new energy recovery ventilator mechanical unit. Installation of new partial corridor ceiling grid system and light fixtures. Demolition of existing HVAC ductwork. Demolition of existing partial corridor ceiling grid system with light fixtures.
