Renovation of a municipal facility in Montclair, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are solicited for Roof Replacement at the Municipal Building. Roof Replacement at the Montclair Township Department of Public Works. The project consists of the demolition of the existing multi-roofing systems and roofing replacement of the Municipal building with a hybrid thermoplastic membrane and related system components. Location- 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042 The work under this contract must be completed within 90 days after Notice to Proceed. Bids must use the prescribed forms, include a non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement, and be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of at least ten percent of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000). The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond equal to 100 percent of the accepted bid amount and furnish the required insurance policies or certificates. Bids must comply with New Jersey business authorization, equal employment opportunity requirements, disclosure of partners and stockholders, and prevailing wage laws. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled for the specific bid number. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 Online portal.
