Engineer's Estimate: Base Bid: $110,000 Alternate Add: $140,000. The project consists of the installation of approximately 700 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, four new sanitary sewer manholes, and sanitary sewer laterals. There is an Alternate Add for the project that includes 483 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, two new sanitary sewer manholes, and sanitary sewer laterals. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond guarantee for five percent of the Bid Amount. The bidder awarded the contract must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof at its discretion and to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
