Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Kingsford, Michigan. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
Provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and disposal necessary for complete demolition of the residential structure (house and garage) and restoration of the site. Obtain required City of Kingsford demolition permit prior to commencing work. Coordinate utility disconnects (electric, gas, water, sewer, cable, and telephone). Demolish and remove the house, attached structures, porches, steps, and foundations unless otherwise directed. Remove all debris from the site and transport to approved disposal facilities, including proper abatement of hazardous materials. Cap or abandon utilities as required by applicable codes and utility providers. Backfill basement and excavations with suitable material and compact as necessary. Grade the site to match surrounding elevations and topsoil, seed, and mulch. Leave the property clean, safe, and free of demolition debris. Maintain required liability and workers compensation insurance. Protect adjacent properties, sidewalks, streets, and utilities. Project shall be considered complete after all structures and debris are removed, the site is properly graded, and all City of Kingsford requirements have been satisfied.
