19xr Chiller High Speed Thrust & Internals Replacement - Main Hospital. Upstate Medical University intends to make an award under discretionary authority, which is up to $125,000.00, for this replacement service at the Main Hospital. Purchases may be made without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including from NYS small businesses, businesses certified under Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law, and businesses selling recycled or remanufactured commodities or technology. Vendors interested in providing a proposal must contact the designated Campus contact within fifteen business days of this notice. A sealed bid will not be held. The successful contractor must submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL §§139–j & –k, and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, as well as valid and current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability forms. NYS Small Business and businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law are encouraged to submit bids.
