Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of 15,000 tons of Hot Mix Supply MPWS Grade B Asphalt (or Equivalent) for the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow. Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities. The asphalt must be a PG58-28 grade meeting or equal to the MPWSS. The unit price must include Butte-Silver Bow hauling from a hot plant located within Butte-Silver Bow. Bids must be accompanied by at least ten percent (10%) of the aggregate bid amount in the form of lawful US monies, a cashier’s check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft, or a bid bond executed by a surety corporation authorized in Montana. The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements including Section 3 Clause, Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Orders 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards, and the Civil Rights Act. Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate or reject any and all bids.
