The work includes mill and overlay and curb restoration of Old Mill Road from Museum Road to the Borough line near Goldfinch Drive, and all of Meadowlark Road. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as the estimated project construction costs exceed $100,000. Bidders are required to comply with the General Conditions and detailed Specifications referenced in the bid package.
