Qualified contractors are required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal and replacement of existing windows at two municipal facilities: City Hall and the Baright Public Library. The objective is to improve building energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and overall performance by installing modern, high-efficiency window systems. Contractors must attend a pre-bid meeting to review the scope of work, city requirements, and ask any questions. Responses must include three hard copies and one digital copy, submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will be disqualified. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
