The work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing and delivery of asphalt materials as follows: a total of 900 tons of HFRS-P2 Emulsion Asphalt delivered to various locations in Deschutes County between June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026; a total of 850 tons of PMCRS-2H Emulsion Asphalt delivered to various locations in Deschutes County between June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026; a total of 300 tons of HFRS-P1 Dilute 50/50 Fog Seal delivered to various locations in Deschutes County between June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026; and a total of 225 tons of CCS1H Dilute 50/50 Fog Seal delivered to various locations in Deschutes County between June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Bids can be submitted electronically using the Deschutes County BidLocker portal or on paper using forms furnished by the County. Email submissions will not be considered. Bidders wishing to submit a paper bid must notify the Agency Contact in writing at least forty-eight business hours prior to the bid closing date and time. Paper bids must be mailed or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project title and the bidder’s name and address. Bidders must register a vendor account and with Deschutes County on the BidLocker platform to submit an electronic bid. BidLocker vendor registration is free. Deschutes County may reject any bid not in compliance with requirements or for good cause if it is in the public interest.
