Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 330,840-square-foot road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 10, 2026, the project was awarded to Vinton Construction Company, with an awarded amount of $4,874,562.28.** The work includes approximately 36,760 square yards of 6-inch plain concrete pavement with curb and gutter, 36,910 square yards of 6-inch of 1-1/4 CABC over 6-inch of 3-inch breaker, 35,380 square feet of 6-inch concrete walk, driveway aprons, and curb ramps, 29,150 square feet of 4-inch concrete walk, 4,180 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer, 170 vertical feet of 48-inch storm manholes, and 12,400 square yards of landscaping. All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications and contract on file. All bidders, including subcontractors, must submit Bidders Proof of Responsibility forms. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid, payable to the City, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond if awarded. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
