Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Scranton Department of Business Administration is seeking separate sealed bids for Lindy Creek Stormwater Improvements. Installation of approximately 430 linear feet of steel reinforced concrete retaining wall along Lindy Creek and Frink Street in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Work also includes but is not limited to the following: installation of riprap, installation of storm inlets and associated piping; concrete headwall, maintenance of stream flow within the existing channel; bypass pumping; pavement and site restoration; removal of the existing bridge; installation of a precast concrete box culvert and wingwalls; erosion and sediment control measures; maintenance and protection of traffic; excavation and backfill; sheeting and shoring; temporary pedestrian bridge and walkway; vegetation removal; and permanent seeding.
