Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Florence, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Florence, Colorado, is requesting bids from a qualified person, firm, or corporation to cold plane and resurface the police department parking lot, and also replace 8" inch clay tile pipe. The City will accept sealed bids for the following general scope of work: re-construction of curb and gutters in various places, a complete mill with overlay, removal of existing curb sections, cold plane of the total length and width and replace. Bid Schedule A or B and A&C or B&C are to be bid. If any schedules are not bid, the bid will be subject to rejection. City Council will decide to which contractor they would like to award the project. Any questions concerning bids shall be directed to the City Clerk.
