Bid forms and specifications are available from the Florence City Clerk's office, the City's website, or by phone. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held. No bid bond is required. 100% performance and payment bonds are required. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the City Clerk's office prior to the specified opening date and time, when all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
