The City of Florence is seeking a qualified Consultant to construct, plan, and support the development of projects and repairs for the Florence Municipal Pool. This effort focuses on completing necessary repairs, rehabilitation, and upgrades to address existing deficiencies, operational functionality, safety requirements, and long-term durability of the municipal pool facility to ensure continued public use. The Consultant will work with City staff, project stakeholders, and construction contractors to implement repairs to the pool infrastructure and develop and execute clear, constructible solutions for required improvements and potential upgrades. Services may include construction coordination, contractor support, sequencing of work, and oversight to ensure projects are completed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and City requirements.
