The City of Florence, Colorado, is seeking a qualified contractor or consultant to plan, coordinate, and complete culvert cleaning services throughout the city, anticipated for mid-to-late 2026. This effort will focus on removal of debris, sediment, and other extraneous materials from existing culvert barrels and culvert pipes to restore proper drainage capacity, maintain infrastructure performance, and ensure continued public safety. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: May 27th, 2026, at 2 PM Any questions concerning bids shall be directed to the City Clerk at email address cortlye.huppe@florencecolorado.org. Services may include, but are not limited to: o Cleaning and removal of sediment, debris, and obstructions from culvert barrels and pipes o Inspection of culvert conditions during cleaning operations o Coordination with City staff regarding scheduling and access o Safe disposal of removed materials in accordance with applicable regulations o Ensuring all work complies with applicable safety standards and City requirements
