Renovation of a municipal facility in Montclair, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Proposals are requested from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services for the Amended Montclair Center Gateway Phase 2 Redevelopment Plan. These services are for CY 2026 and must conform to specified requirements or Township-approved equivalents. The Township reserves the right to award a contract to one or more individuals or firms and may consider proposals for up to sixty days after receipt. The Township also reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable to its interests and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Vendors must comply with all applicable state laws and Township ordinances, including participation in the Diversity Inclusion Program (DIP), which supports opportunities for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Veterans' Business Enterprises (VBE), Disabled-owned Business Enterprises (DOBE), and LGBTQ+ owned businesses. QA date - 2-27-2026 Request for Information (RFI), questions and the complete RFP package, must be sent to: Email: purchasing@montclairnjusa.org All questions, interpretations, clarifications in regard to the specifications must be received at least seven (7) days prior to acceptance of bid/proposal
