Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Milton, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Milton, Vermont requests proposals from qualified paving contractors for Multipurpose Recreation Area Asphalt Overlay at Bombardier Park West in Milton, Vermont. Remove the top 1.5 " - 3" of entire existing pavement to ensure overlay will align with existing curbs , drainage , etc. Clean entire surface thoroughly , removing debris , dirt , loose material to ensure a clean surface for bonding . Apply a bonding agent (tack coat ) to entire surface . Lay hot mix asphalt at a compacted depth of 1.5 " - 3" over entire surface . Compact the new asphalt , leveling to ensure precise , consistent , and smooth surface with optimal drainage .
