Sealed proposals are invited for the Bituminous Chip Seal Single Application project, with contract quantities totaling 58,606 square yards. Bid proposals must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. An Anti-Collusion Affidavit is also required. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount, with a suitable surety company. Bidding documents are available at the Township office and are free of charge during business hours. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and make an award in the best interest of the Township.
