The State Route 363 Gateway Project is a $43.1 million public infrastructure initiative in Binghamton, New York aimed at modernizing the transportation corridor and strengthening multimodal connections between downtown and the Susquehanna River waterfront. The approved final design includes replacing the cloverleaf ramp with an at-grade intersection, creating new 12-foot-wide multi-use paths, upgrading bridges, modifying roadway alignments, reconstructing pavement, improving pedestrian and bicycle access, and adding new greenspace throughout the corridor.
