Sealed bids are requested for the 2024 Additions and Renovations at Green Garden Township Hall Re-Bid Project. Lump sum bid proposals will be received and publicly opened at the specified project location. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount must be submitted with the bid. Bids should be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope to the address provided. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or to waive any irregularities or informalities, to make the award in the best interest of the Township. All bidders must comply with Illinois Law requiring payment of prevailing wages and statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The Architect for the project is TRIA Architecture, Inc. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 Submit all questions regarding the Bidding Documents to the Architect. Questions received less than five days before the bid opening date cannot be answered. Deposit is refundable if a bid is submitted and if drawings are returned in good condition by April 8, 2026 (10 days after bid award), as well as to the winning bidder. If only digital files of bidding documents are requested, a one time non-refundable fee of $15.00 (payable to Gill Reprographics, Inc.) can be paid.
