Perpetuation projects, the reconstruction 4.7 miles of STH 35 between La Crosse and Trempealeau, USH 14/61 to USH 53 in La Crosse County. This contract will cover the sales studies for each project 5221-09-22, 5221-09-23, 5221-09-24. The sales studies will be expected to tell a clear, verifiable market story that supports the unit values used for project parcels. Comparable sales should be presented and analyzed in a way that links each sale to the parcels being valued. The consultant will be expected to read and understand TLEs, provide a rationale for rental and discount assumptions, and supply the completed TLE worksheet for at least one parcel as an example. Anticipated Construction Cost: $20,000,000-$24,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
