Site work and paving for a road / highway in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are sought for paving projects. Bid specifications and requirements are available at City Hall or can be emailed upon request. Sealed bids should be labeled appropriately. Each bid must include a certified check or a bid bond equal to 10 percent of the bid amount as a guarantee that if accepted, the bidder will execute and file the required contract and bond within the specified time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the check or bond as liquidated damages. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
