Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of Work: The scope of work consists of the following: • Roofs o New roof penetration boots & rain rings (furnace & plumbing stacks extensions) • Electric o New LED Porch Sconce Lights o New GFCI Outlets and Covers (unit porches) o New building lights Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier’s check, payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Greene in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The Housing Authority of the County of Greene reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening without the consent of the Authority. Last day for questions will be March 4.
