Seeking bids for the 2026 Chip Seal and Fog Seal Program. Bid proposals may be picked up at the Athelstane Town Hall, emailed, or mailed upon request. Proposals must be in the office of the Town Clerk by 4:00 pm on Monday, March 9, 2026. Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "2026 Chip Seal & Fog Seal Program." The Town of Athelstane reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the Town.
