Addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a 13,187-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Bid Package #01 covers the supply and installation of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), which includes all engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a 13,187 SF PEMB. Bidders may submit bids for 'furnish only' or 'install only' options as well. Bidders must provide cost and schedule durations on the Bid Form, as these will be used in the final selection. All work not included in the PEMB package will be part of future bid packages. Bidders are required to be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, have a public works bond, and identify if they are a resident bidder. The project requires compliance with BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates. SunWest Builders, acting as the CM/GC, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, those not compliant with the bid documents, or any bid in the public's best interest. Bids shall remain in effect for thirty days from the bid date. All questions must be in writing and directed to the specified contacts. SunWest Builders encourages sub-bids from minority, women, disadvantaged, and emerging small-business enterprises.
