Metal roof replacement at McNeese State University, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70607. Bids will only be accepted from contractors licensed under LA. R.S.37:2150-2163 for the classification of roofing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond payable to McNeese State University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt, except as permitted by law.
