The Tillamook School District is seeking bids from qualified firms interested in providing construction services for the Tillamook High School Roof Replacement Project in Tillamook, Oregon. All firms wishing to submit a bid must be represented at the mandatory pre-bid meeting at Tillamook High School. Bids are due at the School District Office, and late bids will not be accepted. This is a public works project subject to Oregon Revised Statutes including 279C.800 to 279C.870. Remove and replace sxisting shingles and underlayment as indicated. Repair or replaced existing damaged shingle. Install new layer of shingles and underlayment over existing. Remove and reinstall sheet metal flashing, gutters, & downspout. Remove & reinstall existing mechanical equipment to allow installation of new flashing as required, Question Deadline 03/12/2026 Last Request for Information Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids.
