Site work for an educational facility in Valparaiso, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Valparaiso Multi School Asphalt Improvements & VHS Boiler Replacement Project. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under one or more prime contracts with the owner, managed by the Construction Manager. Construction shall comply fully with the Bidding Documents, available for examination at the Office of the Construction Manager and The Skillman Plan Room. Prime and non-prime contract bidders must order the documents electronically or request printed copies, with the latter requiring payment for printing, shipping, and handling. Bid security amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each submission. Successful bidders must provide Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or combination of bids and to waive irregularities. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 Prospective Bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Construction Manager and the Architect, not less than ten (10) days before the date of the bid, a written request for interpretation and clarification.
