The Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority requests separate general construction gate installation and electrical construction bids for the Former Erie Coke Gate and Electric Service Installation (Contract No. 0126 - Multi-Prime). Question Deadline 02/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to OWNER in writing. The work generally includes the installation of a new cantilever gate and gate operator, a new electric service, and associated electrical and communications construction. The primary location of the work is the former Erie Coke main entrance at the foot of East Avenue, 925 E. Bay Drive, Erie, PA 16507. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
