Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals as may be required for transport and disposal of headworks waste material from the Show Low Wastewater Treatment Plant. The material will be collected in contractor supplied, approved containers that will be filled by City workforces. Disposal shall be at an approved facility. The quantity of material is estimated to be 90 tons per year, approximately 1.7 tons per week. Disposal schedule shall be as needed but at no time shall it be less than once per week. This work shall take place at the Show Low Wastewater Plant, 1531 N 6th Street, Show Low, Arizona, 85901. Qualified parties shall possess all required certifications for transport equipment and disposal sites prior to submitting their bid. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope marked as specified.
