Renovation of an educational facility in South Holland, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for classroom renovations at Thornridge High School, Thornton High School, and Thornwood High School for the Board of Education of Thornton Township High School District 205. There are four bid packages: General Trades, Flooring, Painting, and Electrical/Low Voltage. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for no less than ten percent of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor/Material Payment Bond. Prevailing wage must be paid for labor, and all state and federal public works laws must be followed. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or technicalities, and award the bid in the manner that best serves the interests of the Owner.
