BP-26A ELECTRICAL – Bid date extended to Thursday, 3/19/2026 at 9:00 am for this bid package only The project consists of improvements to the Lower Level Toilet Rooms and Patios at the South Holland Public Library. The work generally includes the following bid packages: Cast in Place Concrete, General Trades, Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical, and Excavation. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or cashier's check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate bid. Bidders must provide evidence of their facilities, abilities, experience, equipment, and financial and physical resources, and are required to examine the bid documents and existing site conditions. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. Sufficient insurance indemnity must also be supplied. The project is subject to the State of Illinois Prevailing Wage requirements. Additional requirements for bidders are included in the bidding documents. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to accept alternates in any order, to waive minor irregularities, and to amend bid documents with reasonable notice.
