The Districts is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Technical Proposals, and Hourly Rates from qualified contractors to perform on-call rehabilitation of approximately 100 sewer manholes per year, including special structures. The manholes may be located across 24 independent special districts, with initial emphasis on Districts Nos. 1, 2, 5, and 8. Rehabilitation methods may include High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), or Fiberglass lining systems; or Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC), Polyurethane, or Epoxy coating systems. Contractors may submit proposals for one, several, or all of the rehabilitation methods. Any questions regarding the bid must be directed per the instructions listed within the bid package.
