Sealed bids are invited for Ready Mix Concrete and Water Level Monitoring Station Parts, with unit prices effective from April 1, 2026, until September 30, 2026. All bids must be submitted on official BID FORMS or Electronic Bid Forms. Preference is given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications before award. Minority owned firms, women owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. All paper bids must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the BID FOR and BID NUMBER.
