Sealed unit price proposals are requested for the purchase of Asphalt mix to be provided during the period from April 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, specifically addressed and clearly marked with bidding information. Specifications and bidding documents are available for examination at the Minidoka County Highway District office in Rupert, Idaho. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality, and accept bids in whole or in part as deemed in the District's best interest. Consideration will be given to price, prior experience with similar or related services and products, and the bidder's ability to provide the product. No bid may be withdrawn after the time set for bid opening.
