Reference Number 0000414382 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional owner's representative and construction inspection services for the City of Aspen portions of the Lift One Corridor. The City of Aspen is seeking qualified professional consultants with demonstrated experience in construction inspection of civil construction projects to provide Owner's Representative and Construction Inspection services for the City's portions of the project. These services will support the City in managing design coordination, construction oversight, quality control, schedule and budget tracking, and compliance with City standards while coordinating closely with private development partners and other public agencies. This RFP describes the project in general, the required scope of services, the selection process, and the minimum information required in a fully responsive proposal. The information contained in this RFP is the City's best understanding of the current needs and approach to address those needs, but the City is open to suggestions regarding the scope of work described herein based upon the Offeror's professional expertise. If the Offeror believes there is a better, or different, way to achieve the City's goals, then the Offeror should include that information in their proposal. City staff will discuss the scope of work, general contract issues, and respond to questions from attendees. All questions raised and answers given outside of the pre-proposal meeting, if any, will be documented and issued as an addendum to the RFP.
