The Montgomery County Commission is seeking bids for the proposed work of road widening, concrete paving, asphalt paving, storm water piping, for the improvement of Ellis Road. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder and the Montgomery County Commission reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. The Montgomery County Commission hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged, minority, and women business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Bid date notes: Bids will be received by the Montgomery County Clerk, 211 E. Third Street, Suite 205, Montgomery City, MO 63361, and at that time will be publicly opened.
