SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase a commodity/product and/or service related to a Conference Room AV Upgrade in Syracuse. This opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified as a Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE). A sealed bid will not be held. Interested vendors must contact the designated Hospital contact within 15 business days of the advertisement notice. Successful contractors will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms and complete applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law, and New York State’s Tax Law. The MBE goal for this procurement is 100%.
