The Project consists of constructing New 10-inch sanitary sewer and 12-inch water main extensions on North Heritage Drive from Center Avenue to Townline Road. Water services and sanitary laterals will be installed for existing residences. New 12-inch water main will be installed from North Heritage Drive to North Business Park Drive. Final restoration including roadway and ditch grading, culvert installation, aggregate placement, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, striping, and seeding will be completed by the Owner under separate contract.
