**As of March 17 , 2026, the project was awarded to Senn Hot Mix but the awarded amount is not available.** The work involves pulverizing, paving, and shouldering on Cooks Valley Town road 70th St., starting at 150th Ave. and going north toward 160th Ave., approximately 5017 feet in length and 20 feet in width. The project includes pulverizing the old road bed, injecting Aggregate Base Stabilizer, compacting and grading, paving with a 2 1/2 - inch compacted depth (two 10-foot lanes with 3% slope from the center, including driveway and mailbox bump outs), and shouldering with1/2 inch gravel, 2 feet wide compacted on both sides of the road, including driveway leveling. Contractors must comply with all State and Federal Air and Water Quality Standards, provide an engineer's certificate upon completion, and are responsible for traffic control. Bids must be completed on the township's bid form, submitted in a sealed envelope, and include a current Certificate of Liability Insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the township. Completion date is before October 1, 2026.
