Renovation of an office development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
In general, the work consists of removal and replacement of approximately 10,000 lineal feet of joint sealant in exterior granite panels, around window and door openings, and metal flashings. The project also includes approximately 15 granite panel crack repairs and approximately 250 square feet of existing steel lintel painting. Only certified contractors may submit bids. Bids from non-certified contractors will be rejected. Certification instructions are available from the Department of Administration's website. The bidder is responsible for ensuring timely delivery. Construction bidding documents are provided only as downloadable electronic files in PDF format from the Division of Facilities Development website. No deposit is required to obtain these documents. Bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
