The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of a new separate sanitary sewer system. This includes new PVC pipe, pre-cast concrete sanitary manholes, PVC wye connections, re-connection of all existing service connections, all related appurtenances, bituminous pavement restoration, site restoration, landscaping, and all other related required work. apping of the Borough of Swissvale Sewer System, Concrete Sidewalk, Deteriorated Curb Capping, Penn DOT Approved Handicap Ramp, PreCast Concrete Manhole Details, Watertight Manhole Frames and Covers and Manhole Step. Project completion is required within sixty consecutive calendar days after notice to proceed, with liquidated damages set at $350 per consecutive calendar day for late completion.
