Site work for a water / sewer project in Peck, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of water and wastewater system improvements for the Village of Peck, including the construction of approximately 1,400 feet of watermain, 100 feet of watermain via horizontal directional drilling (HDD), associated water services, sidewalk, drive approaches, HMA pavement, turf restoration, and all related work. The project also requires the purchasing and furnishing of 13 sanitary sewer grinder pumps and associated equipment. Bids must be submitted according to the requirements in the bidding documents. The Village of Peck reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make the award in the best interest of the Village. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Question Deadline 03/18/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
