Renovation of an educational facility in Marathon, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a 145,685-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Bid is Cancelled Sealed bids in duplicate are sought and requested for the construction of the 2025/2026 Capital Outlay Project. Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for General Trades Work, to be performed in accordance with the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents. Instructions to bidders include reviewing documents, drawings, and bid forms available at several builders exchanges and through a designated web portal. Ordering from the designated web portal places the prospective bidder on the plan holders list. The web portal will be periodically updated with addenda, registered plan holders, reports, and other relevant bidding information. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be provided only through the designated web portal to registered bidders. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they obtain documents from the designated source. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on March 18, 2026.
