Site work for a water / sewer project in Bear Lake, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the Porter Hill Drainage Improvement project, which consists of the installation of approximately 460 feet of 15" HDPE pipe, around 8700 tons of 2RC fill, and one 72" equivalent squash pipe. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked for the Porter Hill Drainage Improvements Phase 2. Addenda will be issued only to those who have obtained the bidding documents and attended the mandatory pre-bid site showing. A certified check or bank draft payable to Freehold Township or a satisfactory Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract amount will be required. Proposals must be submitted on prescribed forms. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids. This project must be coordinated with the Warren County Conservation District and the Penn State Center for Dirt and Gravel Roads Program.
