Work includes seal coating, aggregate work, street road asphalt resurfacing and milling, concrete pavement work, sawcutting sidewalk pavement, ADA curb ramps, traffic control, alley resurfacing or reconstruction, pavement removal, excavation, landscaping with seeding, temporary erosion control, manhole rehabilitation, pedestrian improvements, street roadway reconstruction, curbs, and concrete pavement removal. Bidders must submit a full list of proposed subcontractors and the class of work each will perform. The selected contractor and subcontractors must furnish a Certificate of Insurance. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond equal to five percent of the bid is required. Bids must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the owner's interests. Pre-qualification required. All bidders must comply with the City of Lake Geneva's Contractors Qualification Ordinance and submit a Bidders Qualification Statement form. Contractors who have previously submitted a prequalification statement for this year and this project must state this on their form. Updated proof of qualification may be requested. No bid will be accepted without submission of a Bidders Qualification Statement form.
