Proposals are solicited to provide an end-to-end pavement, sidewalk, and traffic sign inspection and management solution. The solution must collect condition data, process and analyze recorded data, and provide visualization and management within a web-based GIS application supported by a geospatial database. The management tools must enable active management, updating, and tracking of ongoing roadway, sidewalk, and traffic sign maintenance programs and conditions. Bid documents are available at the specified location. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure the proposal is received by the specified deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, re-bid, negotiate any contracts, waive irregularities or formalities, and accept the proposal that best serves the Town’s interests.
