The equipment must include additional specified parts and warranty as detailed in the bid specifications. Bids must be submitted on the provided form, exclude taxes not applicable to municipalities, and quote an F.O.B delivery price to the specified facility address. Complete descriptive literature, including warranty information, must accompany the bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, re-bid, negotiate contracts, waive irregularities, and accept the bid that best serves its interest. It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm bid receipt by the specified deadline. Bids must be clearly marked and delivered to the Finance Department by the specified date and time for consideration. Descriptive literature and warranty information must be included with the bid.
