Reinforce the structure by adding steel hanger to support for the floor joists to improve the settled wood frame landing and stair stringers. Reinforce the supporting structure to improve the settled cross beam landing frames. Install drywalls on walls, ceilings and landing for the enclosed space under the stairs. Improve the handrail and guardrail system including installing a graspable handrail to comply with the current building code standards. The proposal shall include, at a minimum, the following elements in the scope of work: Part 1 (Stairs Repair) - Reinforce the structure by adding steel hanger to support for the floor joists to improve the settled wood frame landing and stair stringers. Bathroom and Buildings &Grounds/Intern's Office, between Buildings &Grounds/Intern's Office and Women's Bathroom and between Women's bathroom and DPW Engineer's Office. Extend above ceiling between Women's Bathroom and DPW Engineer's Office. Install baseboard molding to match the design or pattern on the existing baseboard. Repair any damages
